Applying a meta perspective to dance from a lens of lived experiences as an educator, social worker, therapeutic dance guide, and breathworker allows the nuances of dance to slowly unfold with intention focused on expanding connection and communication. Over the past 20 plus years, I have been weaving science and intuition that prioritizes safety and offers a supportive space for growth.
